Inform the PACP thereof, provide the shop's name, location, as well as a brand to be sure and visited later on by our inspectors.

You Can replace or recover the value of defective item within (15) days from the date of purchase provided that the defect is not caused by misuse, and also in the event that the item was still under warranty you can file a complaint with the PACP.
Reporting through free consumer line with surrounding shop name and location, or send the details in private.
The official working hours starts at 7:30 AM until 2:30 PM. But the call center service facility is available to the second half of the evening, as there is a call center and our agents can help you out with your concerns from 8:00 AM till 11:00 PM with the Hotline: 80079009 or 80077997.
