​PACP is Providing so many channels for consumers to log complaint against retailers or hypermarkets, for any products or services that they are not satisfied with, where they can lodge them through PACP E-Portal, call canter, smartphone app, social media sites, or in person at the PACP Consumer’s to meet our front desk staff. When the consumers visit our Consumer’s Hall to submit a complaint against retailer they have to take a number from our Queue system and then wait until their number appears on the screen for their turn. After that they have to fill relevant complaint form, as PACP have three different forms available according to the type of complaint. To make the process easier and faster, they can download these forms in prior from our below mentioned channels.
